I cannot login to any official or un official servers after this update which was supposed to happen on 12 pm. I tried to login to a server but it only said update in progress.

Yeah ark support is really bad about informing players about updates and scheduling them at times during the middle of the day smh

This spring Eggstravaganza is brilliant but it’d be Even more brilliant if we could get on to play it...Please sort the server issue out or at least let us know what’s going on.  ?

Been going on almost 18hrs now of being unable to connect to any servers! Message states “Servers are in the process of updating to a new version of the game. It may take them a little bit to come back!” How long we talking? As stated above, unfed Dino’s will die. It seems if you haven’t updated your app, you can still log in. The tribe members that have not updated, can still play. States there are 35 people on the server.  But myself and others on the server that have automatic updates enabled, cannot log in to any server! I imagine there will be many offline raids as lots of people are unable to log in to defend right now! All this for TOILET PAPER?!?!
 

Some of us spent £120 yesterday on metal foundry slips to rebuild a raft after being wiped, on a PVXC server, and so left the generator OFF and right by the zone, knowing I’d have 23 hours to online and switch them on. This will now have been wiped. You cost me £120.

ypu can’t even tell us WHEN iOS will be able to play again, even tho the problem is google!!!! 

I am concerned and scared of this wide scale server shut down and I think must be pushed as first priority to fix. I am getting bored of single player....

These developers negligently published an upgrade for iOS players knowing Google had not accepted the update for Google Play. Now countless of iOS players that reside on living/breathing servers cannot access tames and buildings. While the Google players are able to destroy 1000s of hours of play-time and 1000s of Amber spent on game progression as we sit locked out. We cannot even ask on discord for an explanation or remedy without being banned and censored. Beyond ridiculous.

please rush we lost Dino’s and structures

Yeah ark support is really bad about informing players about updates and scheduling them at times during the middle of the day smh. I can’t emphasize enough how trash ARK support is. Not only do they not reply, their ticket system doesn’t even work. Doing some investigating in other threads, it appears that all iOS users can’t connect because our apps updated to the latest version and ARK staff won’t update servers until they are allowed to for androids so we are all just stuck waiting. Reportedly, they warned players in discord or something, which is completely asinine anyway because most people don’t even look at that. Overall extremely poor service and staff should be embarrassed.
