Increase Rates

I would also be happy with a simple permanent x2 

Official rates are ridiculous. I can't imagine trying to tame something with high torpor drain without at least a tame speed boost.

Exactly, then why have a game designed to require you to stare at a dino and structure your life around hitting 8 hour timers. 1.5x was the best setting for official. 1x is abusive/dumb gameplay and the only people that enjoy it are the ones that literally live in this game.

it seems that WC created this game for people who have no life outside of the game not caring about all the normal people and then are surprised that they came close to failure 

playing on smalls now i disagree .... maybe a slight boost but i dont think its needed the big part of the problem is game balancing and speed hacking cheater and exploits ...... i do agree though if your on 1x its the worse thing ever im glad i started doing smalls... if you arent in a large tribe you should just play smalls... i think as a whole its rough me personally i wouldnt wanna play on a 1man or 2 or 3 man server i like the 6 mans ... but i wish it was more doable to solo.... try smalls .... you will still probably struggle but not as much as 1x

replying to myself..... people are teaming on smalls ive seen on youtube videos so... yea thats kind of official 1x lol

Smalls is already 3x. I'm not advocating for changing that, I'm saying base rates at 1x are garbage.

like the title says can we get better rates i try to play ASA for fun but this grind is not fun.

Must be why I’m seeing more people come back to ASE, or they don’t like the new cryo system.

As I exsperenced during the winter Wonderland and Turky Trial event, the x1.5 rates feels like the sweetspot-rate for me (especialy as solo player) for official servers. It's not to much and not to less and it feels more compatible with real life. Timer fitt better etc.

Would it be better to rise rates to x1.5 permaently and make it x2 or 2.5 during events?

What do you think?
