Unable to join any server ps5

I just brought this game and I can not.join any servers at all. I can load a single player but when go to join any servers I'm just stuck on a loading screen and nothing happens. I have tried official and unofficial servers but still no joy. Anyone able to help as so far I paid for a game I can't seem to play with support section only letting me submit a ticket for bans and code of conduct issues

I assume you meant to say you just bought the game.  Are you really talking about Ark Survival Evolved, which is the game for this forum?  Or, are you talking about Ark Survival Ascended, the remastered version that just released?  There is a separate forum for the latter.

Yeah I did mean to post in ASA forum but I have given up now I'm going to get it refunded my patience has finally run out, I submitted a ticket only to be basically told they are not interested in my issue at the moment they are only concentrating on malicious behaviour and exploiting players 

I have the same issue and I’m pissed I spent money on a game I can’t even play 

I’m having the same issue on PS5 and I can’t get a response from anyone to do with the game.??
 

i spent a lot of hours of ASE, and promised myself I wouldn’t line wildcards pockets anymore since ASA is clearly a cash grab, but I gave in after they basically forced my hand by shutting down official severs on ASE, now I can’t even play the game I Just paid for. 
 

so frustrating is there really no fix to this?
