Stuck on 28/30 ocean mission on the tracker

So I’ve collected all of the glitches in the ocean biome. But then story glitch 6 and 7 despite having collected them both didn’t show up in the mission tracker or my explorer note menu. So I used the cheat giveexploernote command to give me those two glitches and they then showed up in my explorer note menu but not my mission tracker. Im now stuck on 28/30 glitches for the ocean and can’t complete that mission. 
 

Anyone know a fix for this to get them to register in the mission tracker or a command to complete that specific mission. I know of the completion mission command but you have to use that during an active mission or on a terminal so that wouldn’t work for the glitches. Please help!!!
