When do you think this will release?

If we’re lucky maybe the end of 24 but I’m also wondering if it won’t be 25. It seems they e stopped talking about it all together. Same thing with Asa, wouldn’t u think they’d be trying to push it being so close. Nothing in weeks. I think we’ll be waiting for that too. And that’s not even counting wc’s history. Man I sure hope not though. 

Not for a long time if ever LOL! (very high probability they milk ASA for all the money possible and run with all the money. 

My best guess would be that they have run into some issues regarding the implementation of Unreal engine 5. Once they have this fully figured out then they have to figure out a bunch of storyline line which takes forever. then they have to find any bugs, ad dinosaurs skins, make the combat improved, and everything else they say they'll do. My best guess as a time? probably 2025. the only way its sooner is if ASA somehow tanks in popularity and they have to make up for it.

Sounds like they are in deep with ASA. Especially with what's going on with nitrado. So I would say a couple years at least or not at all.  Wasn't ark 2 announced before ascended?  I thought it was weird to put all this effort into remastering ark, instead of focusing on ark 2. 

While Snail Games claims a 2024 launch of Ark 2, Wildcard has said little to nothing about it - only that they will be working on ASA through 2025.  The only mention of Ark 2 that I know of since the 2020 teaser video has been from Snail Games in a recent investor's presentation, and they have a long and consistent history of financial problems. 

Personally I would prefer a focus on getting Ark right with ASA as opposed to making an entirely different kind of game with Ark 2.  While I am not crazy about spending money on the same game twice and WC has yet to deliver a stable, optimized, better Ark with ASA, I am not as interested in a 3rd person souls-like game.
